Dear Valued Customers,
After 32 years of service to the Oil/Natural Gas and Petro Chemical Industry, I will be Officially retiring as of May 31, 2008. I have found these many years in the industry both challenging and satisfying, and I wish to thank all the companies and their staff that I have come to know, for giving us the opportunity to do business with them.
As of June 1, 2008, Darren Keddie will officially be taking over my duties and become the new Operations Manager. Darren has been with the company for over 10 years and has been Shop Foreman for the past 5 years. During this time many of you have come to know Darren as a very hard worker and always willing to do his utmost to deliver product and customer service of the highest quality and value.
Also, with Darren’s new appointment comes other internal changes to the organization. Zane Andrus will now be taking over as Service Co-ordinator and as of May 26, 2008, all service related inquires should be directed to him. Zane has been with Allwest for 13 years in the role of inside sales and is well qualified to continue to keep Allwest’s excellent customer service record.
Stepping into the inside sales position is Beverley Topliffe. Bev has been with Allwest for 19 years. She was previously in this role and her knowledge and expertise will ensure that you will receive the same service that you have come to expect from Allwest. All sales inquires should be directed to her as of May 26, 2008.
You can be confident that the company’s excellent record of service will not only be maintained but also will continue to improve. Again without your loyal support over these years none of this would have been possible
