LUBRICATION Designing of lubrications systems, installation, troubleshooting and servicing of all compressor lube systems. Pickup and delivery.

CROSS HEADS Crossheads are inspected for distortion, cracks, and damaged threads. The shoes are resprayed with babbit and machined to the correct specs. The pin bores are inspected and re-sized back to original standard. We inspect connecting rods and replace bushings as well.

CONNECTING RODS Allwest Compressor Products removes old bushings, cleans rods and crack-checks rods and bolts. Our machinists check rods for straight, and re-torque big ends. They check sizes and re-size as required, and install new bushings and machine to size. The rods are then cleaned up, sprayed and packaged.
